Voucher Purchase

Gift vouchers are available for pamper days and beauty treatments to buy online, over the phone or calling into the salon.

Beauty treatment vouchers are valid for six months from the date of purchase and can only be used for beauty treatments. The expiry date of your voucher is clearly stated, full vouchers or partly used vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or extended.

Pamper Day vouchers are valid for twelve months.

When booking your appointment we require the reference number, which is located on the voucher.

We advise you to book your appointment well in advance to avoid disappointment. If you do not attend your appointment your voucher will be cancelled to cover the cost of your allocated treatment time.

Your voucher has been bought as a gift, please keep it in a safe place, mislaid vouchers can not be redeemed. Most people are delighted to receive their vouchers and book their appointment well in advance before expiry date, this avoiding disappointment.

Use the form below to order your vouchers. You will be taken to a secure payment page where you can use any major credit or debit card or any Pay Pal account to make payment. Vouchers will then be posted to you or can be picked up at The Retreat.
