CANCELLATIONS

Please arrive on time for your allocated treatment or pamper day, we understand that appointments can not always be kept, but if you do need to cancel we require 48 hours notice for salon treatments and 72 hours notice for the pamper day. If you do not give us the required cancellation time, we will regrettably have to charge you the full cost of the treatment or day as this will be classed as a missed appointment. If your appointment is by voucher the voucher will be cancelled, and deposits are non refundable or non transferable.

Please be aware if you arrive late for your treatment we may need to reduce your treatment time. The full cost will still apply.
